CONFIDENCE

A positive sense of self is one of the greatest gifts you can give your child. Children with high self-esteem feel loved and competent and develop into happy, productive people.

LEADERSHIP

Children are given the opportunity to be leader of the class. New leaders are constantly chosen.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Lesson Plans include cardio, core, stretch, agility, coordination, strength training and conditioning using the children’s own body weight.

ENGAGEMENT

We train with our kids and use positive encouragement and positive reinforcement. We run with them, do sit-ups with them, and play with them.

SPORTSMANSHIP

A game is played at the end of every class as a reward for hard work.
Class participants learn how to demonstrate good sportsmanship, increased effort, and cooperation.

SELF APPLICATION

When our kids give their best effort, they are rewarded. In turn, they are gaining the priceless experience of working hard and learning that they can do it on their own.
