FAMILY TRAINING

Our family training sessions are our top trademark/signature experience inspired by the great benefits that come through families exercising together. Family training helps and builds an environment of fitness where children flourish with their parents. Every session is designed differently to create the best experience possible.

  • Our unique family plan includes family exercise activities: breathing, stretching, and flexibility, core development, and cardiovascular improvement

IN-HOME TRAINING

Our in-home sessions are fun, physical play-dates in your child’s own atmosphere. We bring the coach to your kids-an expert trainer, who’s also a friend.

TRAIN IN YOUR ENVIRONMENT

We bring the gym to your kids. We bring Bosu balls, ladders, hurdles and other equipment to build your child’s fitness.

INCREASE YOUR CHILD’S SELF-CONFIDENCE AND FITNESS

Some kids need in-home sessions to improve their strength and self-esteem. For others, it’s more convenient for the parents. Either way, your child will get the training they need.

PROVEN EXERCISE IS FUN

We spend the last ten minutes of our session playing-riding bikes, playing soccer, playing baseball, playing tennis, playing anything that is conducive to the home environment.
