In 2020 I began with Coach Kee. Since then, I have brought a wealth of enthusiasm, athleticism, and dedication to Coach Kee’s classes, camps, and training sessions. I am enthusiastic about inspiring healthy habits and fitness improvements in children. Each session combines the importance of play with mindful instruction for children to increase their confidence, self-esteem, cardiovascular health, core development, agility, and muscular strength in physical activity.

With an emphasis on fun, I have helped countless kids take ownership of their physical health and fitness by encouraging them with a positive outlook, a determined mindset, achievable goal setting, proper form, and challenging workouts. Positive affirmations,empathy, communication, and patience are at the core of every class. I continue to change lives with this unique coaching stylethat motivates kids to fall in love with being healthy and fit.

 

Experience and Expertise

I have dedicated my life to health and fitness and gained experience playing multiple sports and working atsports camps. My expertise is in various athletic skill sets, including leadership, emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to give and receive feedback. Collaborating with different coaches, including Coach Kee’s Training, has helped me develop a coach’s mindset. As a student-athlete at Campbell Hall High School and now Carleton College, I consistently demonstrate dedication and hard work. With impressive knowledge and ever-growing expertise in baseball, basketball, track, and soccer, I can motivate young athletes to perform to their peak potential in any arena.

As a member of the Varsity Baseball Team at Carleton College, I know first-hand how stressful it can be to deal with sports, school, and friendship balance simultaneously. I was a teenager not long ago, so I can successfully relate to clients, making sessions fun according to interests and hobbies. I love playing all sports and working out with each kid during their sessions.

The main reason I am so qualified for this position is the exceptional training I received from Coach Kee. Throughmonths of shadowing Coach Kee during her coaching, training, and mentoring of kids, I learned how to duplicate her methods with all types of children. I have mastered Coach Kee’s art of connecting with the minds of our clients.

With an innate understanding of motivating children to give their best, I help them adopt healthier lifestyles and provide tips on nutrition and exercise techniques. Each week, I organize activities that are both fun and beneficial, fostering good habits that stay with kids throughout life. My passion for helping others has grown more profound, and my psychology major will allow me to understand and connect even more profoundly.

I can foster the spirit of ambition, camaraderie, and healthy competition within our young athletes with personalized training sessions and effective coaching techniques. I will inspire your children to push beyond the limits they think may exist.





Strategy and Plan of Action

As a kid’s fitness trainer, I employ a unique strategy and plan to ensure that each session is engaging and effective. I establish trust with our clients immediately by getting to know everyone’s personality, likes and dislikes, physical limits, and goals.

After the initial assessments from Coach Kee, I implemented the training programs designed to instill the foundation of fitness, self-esteem building, body weight improvements, and the child’s overall approach to health and wellness.

I use this knowledge to create personalized training plans and modifications for each barrier or milestone our clients face by providing support during every journey step. I encourage children to believe in their ability to achieve optimal physical health by positively reinforcing their sense of growth and success.

As your kids’ fitness coach, I will inspire them, adhere to the highest integrity, become friends with them, and encourage them toward correct behavior. I promote their individual growth by tasking them with determination-filled kid exercises and games to help them understand their true potential while still having a fun time.
